The latest project

I just couldn’t leave that left over paint from the new workout room ceiling alone. I walked around the corner and saw my next project…downstairs guest bath. It needed some serious refreshing. The color ( Blissful Blue) is a bit in your face when you first look at it, but I love the way it works with the checkered floor and black accents.

Finished project

Speaking of finished projects, here’s a peek at the Den. I just got the rug a few days ago and I love it! I want to hang a gallery wall and then I can cross this one officially off the list. I’ll be sharing a full reveal soon.

Had to Buy Moments

In addition to the rug, I wanted to share a few other ‘had to buy moments’ this week. All from Amazon.

• Can I tell you how much I love this rug! I also have it in the laundry room and backyard entryway. The colors are fabulous and you can’t beat the price. I have several Loloi rugs in my home.
• Lily is going on a trip this summer and doesn’t want to carry a handbag ….so fanny pack it is. For under $20.00 this is perfect to carry all the stuff teen girls like to carry.
• This isn’t the first time I bragged on this swimsuit. I love it so much that I bought it in black and bluebird blue. The fit is so flattering and the quality is spot on. Did I mention the price is amazing as well? This is a fun post if you are in the market for a new swimsuit this season….and over 50.

Not sure what our weekend plans are. My boys went fishing at the crack of dawn, so I have been up for a few hours. I definitely want to finish watching Maid on Netflix. So good, have you seen it? I might even make some wreaths for the door. I think I am going this direction this season. The one thing I know for certain is that I need to go pickup our groceries. Do you use a click it or on-line grocery service? Best.Thing.Ever.
