A Fall day around Duke Manor Farm
Just a Fall day around Duke Manor Farm in all its beautiful Fall colorÂ
As I was looking outside earlier today, I thought that I better capture the beautiful Fall color on the property before we wake up one day this week and it’s all over. This season the weather has been a bit unpredictable. Last week it felt like winter and I was certain all the leaves would be falling quickly. Luckily we will have Fall-like temps this week, so hoping that the color hangs on just a bit longer.
A Fall day around Duke Manor Farm
Today I just wanted to walk you around the property to see all the pretty Fall colors starting to peak. I love this time of the year around the farm. When we originally looked at our property to purchase, it was wintertime when everything was so brown and dismal looking. When Fall rolled around the following year… what a beautiful surprise and blessing to have all this color around us.
I remember planting these maples years ago and envisioning how pretty they would look during the Fall season. This view is from our Guest House looking towards the house. (house is on the right)
This is the backside of the property.
Oh, how I love this time of the year at Duke Manor Farm. I hope you are enjoying the fall season as much as I am.

Beautiful thanks for sharing.
Laura, what a beautiful slice of heaven you have! The leaves were slow to fall for us but once they turned and did, it was gorgeous. I’m wondering how many acres you have. This is my kind of country living!
I noticed your picture on the sidebar…you look stunning and I love your hair. I’ve been out of the loop with blogging but I’m back and really enjoying writing and hopping from blog to blog. Stop by for a visit. I appreciate you coming by on IG. So fun to share little snippets there!
Jane
OH jane- you are too sweet. I hope you are doing well. When we had our family pics done I decided to do an updated head shot since it was a good hair day 🙂 We live on 25 acres, looking back I wish we had scooped up a bit more when we bought 20 years ago, now I can’t afford land. I am sure you are starting to get cooler temps? Take care
