Will we Trick or Treat this Year?
Will we trick or treat this year? Quick and easy ways to sprinkle Halloween into your home this year.
For any Halloween enthusiasts ….that is the question. Will we trick or treat this year? I for one have never been a big fan f the day but have ventured out to a friend’s neighborhood a time or two with the kids. Now that they are grown I don’t have to worry about the costumes or the candy since we don’t live in a neighborhood. But that doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy the night and indulge in a snickers bar ( or two) while you wait for the doorbell to ring.
Today I am sharing a view of my favorite ways to decorate for Halloween around the house. My kids have always preferred and enjoyed Halloween decorations in the house rather than the traditional trick or treating. I may have to dig out my stash of blackbirds and oversized spiders and come up with some creative ways to make the kids excited this year. So what do you think? Will we trick or treat this year?
We love trick or treating, but we are passing on it this year. I think it’s for the best.
I just saw a great idea, but up a clothes line and pin treats to it for kids to pick off. We have decided to do Halloween, and many neighbors are joining in. We will wear gloves and masks to make it safe.
Kids need to be kids and we all need to keep living as best as we can. Happy Fall!
That is such a great idea. I saw something where when the kids go to a door you can use a big PVC pipe to send the candy down to their bag without them walking up to a door.
We love trick or tricking, but we are passing on it this year. 🙁
