Are you just as excited as I am about Fall officially arriving next week? It is without a doubt my favorite season. The beautiful weather, the rich autumn colors and being able to pull comfy sweaters and sweats from the closet. My kind of season. What’s your favorite season? I shared my front porch and screen porch earlier this week here but wanted to share a few images of the family room and kitchen area this time of the year. Ever so subtle and calm, which is what I need my house to feel right now so I can enjoy the beauty outside the windows.

I actually am using the same color palette and pillows that I used last autumn in this area. Why not! Not even sure I will get the Fall bin out of storage this year. I am actually considering picking up a few pumpkins for the kids to carve and calling it a day. I would show you more of the family room but I have partially painted walls. Next project on the list.
