Simple Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Simple Blueberry Cobbler Recipe made with Biscuit mix and delish blueberries. A favorite summer treat that is so easy to make time and time again!
Since we are all about easy and simple summer recipes around Duke Manor Farm, I wanted to share a favorite that has been on repeat…a lot this summer. Simple Blueberry Cobbler. I discovered this recipe when I was making biscuits years ago and have been making cobbler this way ever since.
What you need for about 6-8 servings:
1/2 cup of butter ( 1 stick) i use salted
1 cup of biscuit mix ( I use Southern Biscuit Mix)
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup sugar in the raw
3/4 cup milk
1 can of blueberry filling
vanilla ice cream (optional)
What you do:
In a 9X9 or 11X7 baking dish melt your butter. In a mixing bowl combine your sugars and biscuit mix. Add your milk to the dry mixture and stir until it is all mixed. Pour mixture over the melted butter in your baking dish. Do not mix. Add your blueberry filling over the top of your mixture. Do not mix.
Bake for 25 mins at 350 degrees. Let cool before eating. Top with some vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
