Simple Way to refresh outdoor stairs
Simple Way to refresh outdoor stairs that have been neglected with a little tape, some paint and a few hours one weekend
We have a front door, side door and a door in the garage leading into the house. Guess which one takes a beating, looks like a hot mess AND is the one most of my guests want to use when they come to visit. Yup, the garage door. So I am constantly looking for ways to neaten up its appearance and to look halfway decent. Needless to say it is currently a hot mess…. I have been enjoying my summer after all. Soon enough I am going to have to freshen the door up. Until then, here’s a simple way I used paint and tape to refresh them a few years ago. Not sure what direction I will go with the next refresh, but this tip may inspire you to look at your own stairs this weekend.

Love your garage stairs! Stripes look fabulous!
What an awesome job you did on those steps.
About 18 years ago we had an all Trex decking done including roof railing and steps. Very expensive. But worth it. All we do is gently power was once a year and we are done.
