With Easter festivities around the corner I thought I would share a few of my favorite spring treat recipes. These are all easy to make, kid approved and would look lovely on your Easter dinner table.

Banana Cream Delight

I not only how how effortless this banana cream is, but it’s also light and not to terribly sweet. I tend to make it ( alot) anytime in the Spring and Summer.

Rice Krispie Spring Flower

Who dosn’t like a classic rice krispie? Add a bit of frosting and you now have created an edible spring flower! These are so much fun to make and look precious in the flower liners.

Pineapple Upside Cake

Pineapple upside down is my hubby’s favorite and I use this simple recipe. The twist is baking it in a cast iron skillet. Try it.
