The Home Depot ‘Do It Herself’ Workshop Virtual Party

I am so excited to be kicking off a project next week partnering with the Home Depot ‘Do it Herself’ workshop virtual party on September 12th. Yes, Home Depot even has some fun things for us gals to do (DIH) in addition to the Do it yourself ( DIY) and kids workshops.

My pal Cristina at Remodelando la Casa  invited me to be apart of her team for this challenge. Along with Love of Home, Cozy Little House and Chatfield Court  we will be working to create our own rustic wheelbarrows. Using this image as inspiration, we all have to build the same project giving it our own creative twist. We will all use materials from The Home Depot. While I can’t tell you what I am doing today, if all goes as plan, the wheelbarrow will serve two purposes. You will see it on September 12th.

Our team will then join 25 other bloggers for a virtual party.  You will get 25 wheelbarrow ideas for your own project and just in time for the fall season! You can also follow along on social media with hashtag #DIHworkshop.

I love the Home Depot workshops. I have actually been to a few of them with my kids. We have built things from birdhouses to chairs.  The workshops are where you can lean how to build projects, how to make easy home repairs and how to operate tools through step by step instructions.  You can learn more and see what locations in your area offer the workshops by visiting http://workshops.homedepot.com.
