Beach House Beauties
Beach House Beauties
There is no denying that I am a bit smitten with beach houses. Granted I love Duke Manor Farm and life in the country, but there is something about beautiful beach homes that sit on the shoreline. I’m sure it has something to do with the colors and the fun unique styles… coupled with the blue sky and sound of the ocean. While we were vacationing in Palm Coast Florida last month, I got the privilege to walk by these beach house beauties as I took my morning walks each day. I took them with my phone, as not to look so obvious and ‘house struck’ as I strolled on by.

Yes, and what great photos. Look professional.
Although I love a great house in the country, there is nothing like a wonderful beach house!….What glorious walks among amazing homes!
I love the colors and all the decks and porches on them. My overall favorite is probably the 3rd one. I am a huge fan of the beach and luckily we get to spend many weekends at my inlaw’s house on the Jersey Shore. I keep meaning to take some pictures of those houses too…I guess I better get to that before summer ends! As I think I told you – so great to meet you this weekend! You were one of the most welcoming people there which helped make my first conference such a positive experience!

Laura, I’m with you… I love beach houses! I can’t say I have a favorite, they all take my breath away! I live on the East Coast of Florida, South East of Cocoa Beach. Although I’m not right on the ocean, my home is quite coastal. In fact, the second picture you snapped has the same paint colors of my home. I love the sea breeze, lush landscaping, and the state of being calm and peaceful. Granted, I love Florida, but I do miss my Farmhouse in Ohio. However, Duke Manor Farm blog helps me cheer up! Your home is gorgeous, Laura!
I dream of having my very own beach house some day! 🙂
I enjoy looking at beautiful beach homes too! This was an enjoyable tour. I’d love to be able poke my nose inside the doors of each one!!
The yellow one just looks so cheerful! I love the double glass doors. All were gorgeous, but this yellow beauty would be my favorite!
Way to hard to choose one, loved them all they were all just perfect a dream come true to be right on the water and listen to the ocean. Thanks for sharing.
I love the first one – which really surprised me as I am not a big fan of blue. I also live in Florida, but not on the ocean – we live on the Suwannee River (yep, the one that the song is about). So, we don’t have coastal homes in our area. I do enjoy the waves and breezes – but my favorite time to go to the beach is at night. No crowds – no heat – but love the sound of the waves. Maybe that’s why I enjoy going on cruises – LOL!
What I love about beach houses is their personality. The pops of color against a bright blue sky are so unique and dynamic, and they really show off the owners’ personalities. Thanks for sharing!
