My Entry Way…and New Gallery Wall
Well, after approximately 237 nail holes ( I officially stopped counting after 100 so it could be more then that), 12 bogo frames from Michael’s and a botanical book that I got here …..I have a botanical gallery wall in the front entry that I have been wanting to create for some time now. As of Jan 2015, the book on amazon is no longer available.
Plush velvet pumpkins….were a bonus.
Please tell me I am not the only one with a gazillion nail holes behind the pictures?
I hope you will come back tomorrow for my Fall tour…indoors.

I love your gallery wall and I can assure you this house has plenty of nail holes that I still need to fill and paint.
Love it!
It looks gorgeous, Laura and shhhhhh!!! no one will ever know about the nail holes. xo Laura
looks amazing! love the white frames against the light wall- the colors in the prints really pop.
Laura, that's awesome! It's light and bright but has such pretty colors. That one big blue butterfly or moth just makes it! We hung a grid of 9 frames like that with family pictures. My husband did all the math and there wasn't one extra hole. I would have just made holes all willy nilly. 🙂
The wall is just beautiful!!! and yes … I confess …. many holes behind some of my pics as well!!! 🙂
I love a good gallery wall! Worth all those nail holes
That's so pretty! I'm sure trying to measure those just right was a challenge. I have plenty of nail holes in my house. I try to keep them patched though. I keep that stuff on hand and have bought many tubes of it in the 18 years that I've lived in my house! I feel sorry for the next people that move in here. LOL!
Well, it was worth all the nail holes. It turned out beautiful! I have a ton of nail holes hidden behind things too. I always swear I will do things differently the next time I hang something but it never works that way! Oh well.

Stunning! Looks like the cover of a magazine!!! You are so amazingly talented and inspiring! Now I need to get off my you-know-what and get some fall decor up in this house of mine!!!
🙂 Linda
Laura baby- You OUTDID yourself with this project. It looks FANTASTIC- magazine worthy! I love it. MyHero HATES nail holes in the wall. We moved a lot- so as soon as we would get in the place I would take a nail and hammer and go around and pound a hole in wherever I imagined I might want to hang something. That way when the boxes got unpacked I could say- Oh- Look! There's already a nail hole here! Who sez you can't outwit them? lol xo Diana
Priceless!! 🙂

That is so pretty. I always wanted to do a gallery wall going up my stairs. Never got to it yet. You've inspired me! Did you know that command picture hanging strip s are awesome to use and no nail holes? I've used them a few times and work great.
Laura this is gorgeous, love the prints you picked out from that book. If I was doing that wall I would've had 1 million holes and then a lot of explaining to do. Not the best with hammering, LOL.

Just beautiful! Your home is gorgeous ~

So very pretty and cheerful ! Love it all!
I've always wanted to have a beautiful botanical wall. Who cares about the holes. When you get tired of that art you can put something else over those holes. Your wall is gorgeous, looks very clean and pretty. Where did you get all the botanicals to frame? You did such a great job making them all hang even. Nice frames also. Enjoy and love your blog Happy weekend
After we painted our living room this summer hubs got irritated that I was going to put holes in walls to hang new art. I told him if he wanted to buy all the command strips he could do so but otherwise I was hanging my art up. Did he think walls were going to stay bare? Not even.
It's gorgeous Laura…xo
This is beautiful, Laura. My daughter has a degree in interior design and does many homes. Her biggest bitch is gallery walls…especially where everything is aligned. We use toothpaste on the backs of the frames to mark our spot before hammering the nails in. I love your artwork! 🙂

Beautiful Laura – love bright crisp look with the white frames and mats. Looks very BH&G! 🙂
LOVE, LOVE it (well, actually, the fabulous gallery wall … the vignette below … AND the fact that you have no problem making 100 holes in the wall)! Seriously, though … it looks awesome! I just borrowed pages from a book of mine with black and white photography for our walls since I was having no luck finding something I liked anywhere else)! 🙂
Beautiful Laura…I belong to "the hole in the wall gang" too!!
Wait – that is your own house? I seriously thought the first photo was an inspiration picture from a magazine…..so beautiful! I love that grouping of botanicals. Well done. No one needs to know about the nail holes behind, I always have millions of them too! 🙂
Hi! Love this! The here button is not working for me. Could you give the info about where you got the botantical prints? Beautiful idea!
