DIY Dry Erase Board
Lately, I have been on a mission to create a Family Command Center to help with organizing family events and for the mounds and mounds of paperwork my children bring home from school each day.
Seriously…..lots of paper.
Part of my plan is to reduce clutter, while still staying on top of things and being efficient. For the record…..I dislike clutter, it makes me nutty….really nutty.
I spent about $7.50 on a pre-cut piece of dry erase board at the Home Depot and another $2.00 on 2 pieces of fence board that I created a frame with and painted. Less then $10 for organizational sanity!
Unless we all stop the paper….and make it a Dry Erase Board society.
How do you respond to clutter?
PS- This is Day 4 of the Fall Porch Tour. I hope you will take some time to visit each of these fabulous fall porches.

That's a great idea, Laura. We always had a big calendar going with things crossed out and added all over the thing. Drove me nuts sometimes, too! I didn't realize you could buy Dry Erase board like that and have it cut.
Congrats to you little Karate guy! xo Diana
Great solution. We use a chalk board and text reminders. Seems to work for us.
Clutter makes me twitchy. It's much easier not to have it now that the kids are grown and gone! I think I spent a lot of years twitching!! Glad you found a solution to yours!
Great idea!

I shove clutter under beds and in closets – what does that say about me?
